Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene concerns, used pet accessories such as bottles or feeders cannot be returned unless faulty.
