60-day money-back guarantee
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return for a refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@thirstpets.com with your order number and a photo. ThirstPets covers the replacement or the reasonable cost of return shipping in these cases — you are not out of pocket for our mistake.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns under the 60-day guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. Items should be returned in usable condition with all parts included.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
How to start a return
Contact support@thirstpets.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a short note about the issue, and we will send you return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be able to be processed.
